  1. Interested in selling homemade dish gardens such as fairy, gnomes, park scenes, and lighted and decorated bottle for celebration!

The recent fire at the Belvedere Hotel got me digging into Apollo’s history again. I lived in Apollo and the area from 1945 until 1978. Many fond and no so fond memories of growing up in the area. I once saw a original copy of Dr. Henry’s history and in it was a picture of a box of item’s supposedly from Warren’s grave site or a least of some Amer. native. I once saw the box and it’s contents in person. It at the time was in the possession of Edward Brandhoover who lived in the 200 block of Armstrong Ave. His brother had a paint store in Vandergrift. This was probably 1960 or 61. The box had some beads, a badly tarnished mirror maybe 4″ x 5″ and as I remember human remains. Do you know the location of this box?
